TAKENAKA INDIA PVT LTD was established in India on 09 September 2010 with the Head Office at Gurugram, Haryana, India.

We can offer clients integrated work packages of design and construction, undertaking diverse projects and carrying them smoothly to completion. In addition, we provide economical designs suited to the geographical characteristics and climatic conditions of India. To date, TAKENAKA INDIA PVT LTD. has completed more than 50 projects in India from the industrial, research & development, commercial, etc. sectors.

Our strengths lie in our in-house design, backed by multi-disciplinary engineers, and in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction delivery to Clients, all in keeping with the basic corporate philosophy established more than 400 years ago in Japan.

Our Goals:

  • Supporting both Japanese and non-Japanese clients who intend to start a new project or to expand their existing buildings in India. Our services extend from project initiation to final completion as well as for the after-care of projects.

Projects of international scale are managed in close cooperation with the International Division of Takenaka Corporation to ensure the desired quality level.

Takenaka’s Health & Safety Policy has to be adhered to by all our employees and sub-contractors. Laws and regulations as well as company regulations related to industrial health and safety have also to be strictly complied with. Necessary education and training are given to employees and sub-contractors so as to enhance their awareness of health and safety.
