TAKENAKA CORPORATION (MYANMAR BRANCH) opened in Myanmar in March 2013 under the permission of Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA).

As part of our scope of services, we can offer clients integrated design and construction services like planning, project management, design, engineering, construction and consultation. Moreover, we can support clients who require our advanced technological know-how such as High-Rise Building Technologies, Environmental Technologies, Earthquake Resistance, Fire Protection, etc.

Our aims:

  • Supporting local and international clients who intend to operate their businesses in Myanmar;
  • Earning trust and satisfaction from clients through our services; 
  • Playing a vital role in the improvement of the Myanmar construction industry by contributing our knowledge and advanced technologies.

With the aim of Total Quality Management and to encourage self-improvement, we have been offering our local staff relevant training programs and on-the-job training. To grow with Myanmar, we will keep devoting our resources to improving the knowledge of our staff and sub-contractors, as well as contributing our engineering know-how to Myanmar society.
